Should work independent
Should have good knowledge about Performance Tuning, Web Security, and Hardware Infrastructure.
Exposure to any of the frameworks like laravel/ CakePHP / Zend / Joomla / Drupal / Zencart / osCommerce, will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of software development life-cycle
To design, develop and code complex software programs and work on the continuous improvement of the same.
